Engagement and Retention

Several methods may be implemented to enhance client engagement and retention in FBT. These include engagement telephone calls to the identified client and significant others prior to FBT initiation, and contingent awards to families, such as snacks, meals, cell phones and small prizes for children for attendance and participation.
